Class of 2020: Two decades and three degrees later, David Parks has no regrets , articleDavid Parks graduated from Virginia Tech in 2003 with a degree in political science. After serving in the U.S. Navy, where he was deployed to Iraq and Italy, Parks returned to Blacksburg and will graduate on Dec. 18 with a double major in economics and computational modeling and data analytics, both from the College of Science.
