The Graduate Life Center Amphitheater recently opened near the College Avenue pedestrian entrance to campus. A brick fountain that used to be there had not operated for about a decade. A $330,000 project funded by donations created a far more attractive gathering space between the Graduate Life Center, Newman Library, and Squires Student Center. The project was made possible, in part, by the Class of 1959's reunion gift to the university.
