Newly constructed tennis courts located at the lower South Recreational Fields are ready for play. They are now available for open recreation and will be lit daily from 7 p.m. to midnight. These courts are utilized by the Virginia Tech Recreational Sports sport club tennis teams and for instructional use. Reservation times are listed on signs at the tennis courts.
In addition, renovations and repairs have also been made to the Washington Street courts. The 12 outdoor lighted tennis courts were recently resurfaced, re-netted, re-fenced, and are now available to students, faculty, and staff.
