Alumni from the Students Engaging and Responding through Volunteer Experiences (SERVE) Living-Learning Community coordinated three service immersion trips for current students during the 2011 fall semester.
With a mission of creating a nurturing community that fosters personal growth and civic responsibility, the SERVE community, started in fall 2009, has grown in popularity and recognition for its unique programming since its inception. Student-led service experiences act as the bedrock of the program.
