On Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2011, students had the opportunity to decorate gingerbread houses with Executive Chef Randy Van Dyke at D2 and Chef de Cuisine Charles Morse at Shultz Dining Center. Students worked in teams of four to create their houses. Completed gingerbread houses will serve as decorations at the 'Tis the Season holiday dinner on Dec. 7, 2011. After the dinner, the houses will be donated to local nursing homes to spread holiday cheer!
