Virginia Tech’s Marty M. “Scooter” Cogar II of Blackstone, Va., a junior majoring in wildlife science and environmental resource management in the College of Natural Resources and Environment, won the overall competition in the Stihl Timbersports Series Collegiate Southern Qualifier on March 18 in Watkinsville, Ga.
