Natural Resources professors featured on With Good Reason radio program
Virginia Tech forestry professors John Seiler and Jeff Kirwan will be heard on the public radio show With Good Reason the week of October 18 on its program entitled "Remarkable Trees - and Birds - of Virginia."
Despite what many people believe, fall leaf color in Virginia is remarkably consistent every year and dendrologist John Seiler, who has been studying fall leaf color for decades, will discuss this. Jeff Kirwan, one of the authors or Remarkable Trees of Virginia will talk about his book which showcases the beauty, history and variety of Virginias trees.
The program airs on Roanoke station WVTF (89.1) on Wednesday, October 21 at 7:30 p.m.
