Campus Notices are items of news and information relevant to the campus community and can be informational or administrative in nature. Notices appear online and in the Virginia Tech Daily E-mail.

Must be submitted in plain text (type directly into the online form or can be pasted from a program such as Notepad; hyperlinks must be conveyed with the full URL)
Must be submitted no later than two business days before your desired posting date (Notices are processed and posted on a rotating, space-available basis)
Should include a requested expiration date
Must be submitted via the online form, no e-mail, Word document, or PDF submissions will be posted (You may, however, include a link to a PDF, Web page, or other such asset)
Should be brief and direct readers to your website or to contact you for additional detailed information
Must contain contact information for readers to obtain more information
Should not be an event unless the event requires registration or other similar action
