Jan. 12: Winter weather impacts National Capital Region, opens at 10 a.m. today

(posted 7:30 a.m.) Due to inclement weather, Virginia Tech’s National Capital Region is on a delayed opening. The Northern Virginia Center will open at 10 am today.
