BLACKSBURG, Va., June 14, 2012 – Advocates for the Virginia Creeper Trail and the New River Trail turned to the Economic Development Studio @ Virginia Tech, an innovative graduate class taught by John Provo, director of Virginia Tech’s Office of Economic Development, for help.
