Video: Virginia Tech economic development team helps improve a D.C. neighborhood

A Virginia Tech team from the Office of Economic Development is helping District of Columbia planners ensure that redevelopment around the St. Elizabeths campus benefits neighborhoods as the U.S. Department of Homeland Security takes up tenancy.
