In Memoriam: Geoffrey M. Campbell

The Virginia Tech community mourns the recent loss of Geoffrey M. Campbell of Culpeper, Va., a master’s degree student in the Department of Economics in the College of Science. Campbell died Tuesday at the age of 23

Campbell completed his bachelor’s degree in economics.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 21, at Fairview Cemetery in Culpeper. Arrangements have been made by Clore-English Funeral Home, (540) 825-2361, http://www.cloreenglish.com/default.asp".

No on-campus memorial gathering has been scheduled at this time. On-campus memorial gatherings are organized after family wishes are considered. If and when a gathering is scheduled, the university community will be notified.
